Purchased a hookah for $125.00 on a Saturday evening and when opened box realized there was a piece missing. Tried calling store but it was closed. Called that Sunday morning and was told to bring in the hookah. When I get to the store, I’m told the hookah would be replace but they had to order it. Left my number as I was told I would be contacted but never received a call back for pickup. Called today and now I’m being told I cannot get a new hookah, the piece missing or a refund!!!! AGAIN WE PAID $125.00 FOR A HOOKAH THAT’S MISSING AN IMPORTANT PIECE! Was told over the phone that my number was given to the owner and “she would call at her leisure”..In other words don’t expect a call. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! Very poor customer service AND INCOMPLETE PIECES TO ITEMS SOLD!!

They are very knowledgeable about their products. I stop by to say hi to em about everday just because they are so nice & friendly. Their prices are spot on.
