I have been blessed during my travels across the USA to stumble across Green Lady when I first arrived in WA in 2019. They have been one of my favorite dispensaries ever since. Their customer service is always exceptional. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and authentic. They love my puppy Leo and they always give him hugs and treats when he comes in with me to get my medicine. I love the deals that they run weekly and I drive an hour each direction just to come to this location. All the bud tenders are truly amazing. My last encounter there was with Reiko and they were really patient with me as I decided to switch routes last minute. I really appreciated her kindness through it all.

Greeter was a lovely young woman with a gorgeous black septum piercing among others. Once I got inside, Kat suggested the most delicious edible I've ever had, and was incredibly sweet and personable to boot. As an East coast stoner I love this little shop and I hope to have the opportunity to come back again!

My vet told me large breed dogs with joint issues can take CBD to help them. I stopped in and was greeted by a nice young man Ethan who took the time to explain each product and what they do. He never made me feel rushed or like I was asking dumb questions. My dog thanks you for the knowledge you shared.

The best customer service, ever. Sage always remembers my name and what I’m looking for. He is sweet and attentive and so, so patient. As are all of your staff from the door greeter to your specialists on the floor. The vibe is low key and not intimidating. I won’t go anywhere else because I’m probably not the typical customer and most other establishments treat me as such. I’m just a middle aged, non-smoking woman that comes in for a specific tincture so I can get a blissful night’s sleep as a person that deals with insomnia and sleep issues. I’m not here for a good time, just some sleepy time. 😆This place is for everyone to feel welcome and comfortable, no matter what type of products you are looking for. There truly is a holistic feeling of peace here. Can’t recommend enough. ❤️

Recently came here for the first time and was blown away. Wonderful service and awesome selection. This was the first dispensary I’ve been to that puts concentrates/hash in a fridge. Reece, our budtender, was great. He was super knowledgeable and very kind. This has definitely become my go to shop.

This place is great. I like that I can actually walk up close to see the products on display. Every where else seems to keep everything behind the counter so far away that you can't even read what anything is. Neal helped me out big time, and I had a great experience!

Sage is hands down one of the most helpful budtenders I’ve ever seen between all of the dispensaries I’ve visited since turning 21. Seek him out for a guy who has expert level knowledge of the inventory and takes pride in working for a store that takes great care to stock only the best products for their customers. Sage is the GOAT and Green Lady is in a league of their own.
