Every employee my girlfriend and I have spoke with here has given us the best customer service. Providing us good insight on the goods, making sure the devices work, and making that customer connection. They are very kind and treat us well.

Place is a joke.. gave them plenty of business, they hire a new person who messed up on my transaction and charges me 29.91 without giving me my merchandise and told me I would have to wait 1-3 days for it to be back into my account. Ok cool.. 3 days pass and nothing, so when I ask them again they act like they have no clue, then told 5-7 business days.. kept giving them my business, 2 weeks later and nothing still, so I go in obviously pissed from getting the run around from everyone who works there, they offer me merchandise that still was not the equal total, I took it and told them I’m still owed because that product wasn’t the price I had been charged previous.. so once I threaten to get BBB and the police involved since I’ve been charged for the purchase but didn’t receive all my merch, they refused to serve me! Avoid this place!
