This place is a must visit. The guy at the front I forgot his name but he checks you’re I.D. He was very welcoming and gave us all the heads up on the deals. The ladies at the registers were helping every customer and were also pushing out the good deals Haven has to offer. Don’t forget to download the app for their reward system ! On December 13, 2026, I placed a mobile order for a bundle deal and some accessories. I had a time slot to pick up my items and went to the store to pay. As I was leaving, I realized I was missing one item. I called the store to inquire about the situation. The store associate invited me in to rectify the issue. I was considering going back to the store because I was already across town, but I decided to return. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the staff, but the manager was extremely intoxicated. He informed me that the item was out of stock and that their shipment would arrive sometime this week. He also stated that I hadn’t paid for the item, so they could only refund me or offer me an alternative purchase that would cost me more. However, I noticed that the store’s website FAQ section stated that Haven believes in transparency and providing excellent customer experiences. I had ordered the item online, and nowhere on the website did it mention that it was out of stock. When I went into the store, the associate didn’t inform me that the item was unavailable. I called Haven immediately after realizing I was missing an item, and they didn’t mention it was out of stock either. It wasn’t until I returned to pick up the missing item that they informed me of its unavailability. This lack of transparency and the unhelpful manager’s behavior left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.

So the Stizzy is 30 percent off daily. Except when it's bogo. Then you pay full price. So it's really like buy one and get one half off ,not bogo. Also, the rewards points can't be redeemed without spending 10 dollars. This must be written in the fine print somewhere very small . Nice staff.

Stopped by after a long hard day doing drywall. Just wanted to pop in and out. There were a few people before me, that’s fine but then I had to use the restroom…bad! Nope no CUSTOMER restroom. It’s hard to shop when you’re dancing around tryin not to embarrass myself. The cashier took forever with the person before me then when it was my turn, same I got a bad vibe with my purchase. From now on I’ll think twice before choosing Haven. Sux!

The parking here isn't that great. There's a security outside who just stares at you while you park, lol. I feel they make you feel like you're getting a super good deal and then the taxes are very high. It really does make you stop and second guess if you should just go out of town. The waiting room is pretty small, you're kind of crowded while you wait to get in. The staff was nice and it is very clean inside.
