While I like the store, and most of the employees are friendly, I’m not thrilled with how they handle complaints. I had a defective product, so I returned to the store less than 10 minutes after purchasing only to be told the person there couldn’t help me, but the owner would call me the next day to discuss. I left my contact details and never heard from anyone. Disappointing that I wasted $80 on gummies that had either been opened and smashed back into the container, or melted and reformed
