Need to have more parts for vaps. If I can't by separate parts specifically the plastic/casing for my vape juice you get a bad rating, that simple. Why do I have to pay half the cost of a mod for a .10 plastic covering that breaks. That's worse then a car dealership. There are plenty of places that carry separate parts, so I don't ever want to walk in and hear " those parts just didn't sell when we had them so we don't order them" that's bad preparation on your part and I will buy parts and my juice and my mods at a place that carries everything for all my needs. If you made an order and they didn't sell then why don't you have the stock? Where's the order that didn't sell? I'll buy the whole order this second so I never run out in case I break the part again cause I've been through 3 of them in the couple years I've vapes. Poor planning. Terrible answer. Do better please.

I am a first time buyer. I came into Inno-Vapor today and was greeted by Carter. He gave me the lay down of each mods as well as their pricing and when I said I was looking for a drop friendly mod he said I needed the Legend mod because it is shock proof, water proof, and all around indestructible. We moved on to the tanks and he explained how they worked and the different sizes and their pricing as well. Then we got juice. He asked me what I liked and I ended up with 2 bottles of juices. He informed me that the mod I was buying had an update available and offered to update it in store for me, and all though we couldnt get it to update for an unknown complication after multiple tries and lots of searching for answers, he asked for a contact for me so that once he figured it out he could either explain it or have me come back into the store. Carter is the most helpful, kindest, and most knowledgeable worker I've ever encountered anywhere. He was smiling and kept conversation even when things were not going as planned. I will be back to this location and I look forward to being assisted by Carter again. 5 stars for amazing customer service.
