Terrible customer service. I asked if they would have enough product for the next day, Because I wanted to pick up something before we headed on the road.. He acted like he couldn’t be bothered with my order. He couldn’t see if they had enough of what I was asking for and argued with me over the phone. This is the only dispensary I have ever dealt with, because of my anxiety (only because it was the one in Midwest city, and it was on my way home) I should have known to never deal with them anymore because, the last time, they tried to double charge me, and then gaslit me about being wrong….it took me a few minutes but I called to tell them the correct amount that was owed to me, all they offered was apologies and a free preroll. They would have pocketed $100… $100 if I hadn’t been paying attention. All I say is please take your business anywhere else, I’ve been going to AMERICAN Cannabis and they even have loyalty points. Please, if you’re looking for customers service, Don’t go here !!! GO TO AMERICAN CANNABIS!!!!! Or anywhere else….!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Used to get the best wax deals here and the prices went up. Preroll deals are still a super good deal.
