Customer service and the experience of getting educated properly on every single product assures you when walking out after purchases that you are confident that you were given the necessary needs as every person is different. I recommend at least 2 locations I regularly go and know each others names on a first name basis. That shows how much they care about customer traffic and retention.

This smoke shop is terrible. I bought a vape, and it didn’t work when I opened it. The vape store said they can’t do anything about it. I called multiple times and they hung up on me multiple times. Terrible customer service.
