Don’t shop at Kroger much, but have never had an issue.. hubby went and got flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. They made my flowers into a beautiful bouquet with a vase and everything, and as it is really beautiful, it’s barely the next day and 3 flowers have completely wilted already. 😩 and the strawberries were soggy/mushy and tasted like they had been sitting for days.. 😵💫 we know not to go here for things like this next time!

Last three times I've shopped here I've been talked to by front end employees like I'm an idiot. Once is a fluke, twice is a problem, three times is 100% on Kroger's end. Try another location.
