Great customer service make sure tonask for kurby

Worst customer care over the phone I’ve ever received. Received a beautiful catalog and was hoping to use them as a new wholesaler. They answered the phone “yeah” asked them if they were a business they responded “yeah” I asked about other things “yeah” was the only response I got. Even when I asked how u was supposed to trust them and they didn’t seem repeatable. they said “yeah” I’m completely baffled.
