I bought a cartridge, it didn’t work on my battery. I came back and showed them it wasn’t working on my battery. They tested the cartridge and It works on their battery. Their policy is that if the cartridge works on their battery they cannot replace it.
I understand policy. But I’m out 20. I just gave them the cartridge back cause I can’t do anything with it.
So I went to the other dispensary and bought another one and that one worked. But I’m still out 20.
