Very disappointed in this location. I have been a long time customer since they opened on Main Street. This location is closest to my home, so I was excited for them to open. The staff to me is not as friendly as on the east side. I don't know if they don't like older people or what. Every time I go in, I am not greeted, yet they greet the others that come in. I do online orders because I drive for Lyft and my time is limited. Last night, the team was not in any hurry whatsoever, kept me waiting for my online order so long that I had to leave and come back. Then the guy had an attitude when I didn't tip, which I usually always do. Not a thank you, see you next time, NOTHING. I don't feel like my business is welcomed here and I will go to the Herbery or to the east side from now on. :(

Lovely friendly staff, this location is very open and spacious. Nice acoustics in there too🤣
