First time customer. In and out, in 15 minutes. A friendly security officer, was a great help, getting me get parked. Got a quick 510 cart for about 30 bucks. Great staff. If in the area will be back.

This dispensary might be my favorite in the city!! All of the staff members are friendly and move super quickly unless you need help deciding. I always make a pre order and I'm in and out within 10 min usually. The deals are always good and the rewards program is a perk that I enjoy!! I've been going here faithfully for 5 years.

I just got finished shopping here for the first time.Jache was a very professional knowledgeable and pleasure to do business with will be coming back , just visited Nar Dispensary again and I must say They’re batting 1000 with me today I was served by bread tender Ivan help me find the product I was looking for in a matter of seconds and then was able to help me obtain a tool of the trade that I was not expecting to be able to afford I didn’t want above and beyond Performed Self inside this season to have a complete stranger out and that’s what life’s about much like Ivan. Usually like going here but recently had a poor experience and was not offered an adequate resolution. As a medical patient we only get so many units to purchase so we need to maximize them. This store had a product listed on their menu as a 700mg extract which means it would have costed me 2 units to purchase. I purchased one of the product and was instead tendered for 7 units as opposed to 2. After noticing the next day I came with my receipt—which has the product listed as a “concentrate”—and asked for my purchasing units to be reinstated. I was told this was not possible outside of just a complete return because the product was sent to them as “edibles”—the edibles designation makes sense even though out of the ordinary. The problem is that it is not listed as an edible on their menu but rather an extract all while still taking away people’s purchasing units like it is an edible. Time has passed and it still has not changed on their menu. The manager called to the front to assist me really did not seem to care that my units were taken due to an error from his menu listing but rather spent time telling me how the edible days work which I have known for years. I worry for people older and less educated on this system than me who will see their units taxed heavily by something very preventable.

Not sure how the wait is now that rec sales have started but they used to hardly ever have a wait time if you had a preorder. The staff are always cool and laid back an ya already know the products are wicked good too. Price points are fair and they kinda have something for everyone depending on what you’re looking for

Very friendly and knowledgeable .even though they were really busy , everyone was professional. I purchased: honey banana, Meigs county grown . Very smooth and delicious.

I really enjoy my experiences here as a medical patient. Everyone is kind, friendly and helpful. They also get you in and out in a smooth process and have great deals.

Had a very positive first experience! I placed an online order and input all my info online so my initial check in was super quick. Front desk staff were very friendly and polite (thank you, Izzy!) and I was in and out super fast. They had a great selection to choose from with even better deals, it’s hard to beat. Also queer friendly! Izzy was quick to note my preferred name and use it + pass it along, unfortunately some other places aren’t so kind. I’ll definitely be back!

We stopped in but left without purchasing. We noticed online they advertised rec use as well as medicinal, but we were scolded like children because non medicinal days were ONLY on Tuesdays. Also got a 10 minute lecture by security about parking, even though we were fine where we actually parked. We were the only clients onsite the entire visit, but we were not treated with respect or common courtesy. There are better dispensaries out there.
