Helps me pick out which brand to try, what their personal opinion is and what they've heard about the product. They always let me try them out in store after purchasing to insure I didn't get a dud. This is one of the most helpful and reasonably-priced shops around.

I walked in not really knowing what I wanted. It was lovely store, very well kept. The young man at the counter with the gorgeous eyes, I think his name was Spencer, greeted me on my way in. I often feel rushed when I go into smoke shops, but he made me feel comfortable and welcome. I had a few questions, and he had answers for all of them. He guided me toward what I needed, and had some good suggestions. I ended up getting a nice piece, and I was so excited to hear about the good deal that day. I would come back just to spend more time with this young man. Great job Spencer!
