I just now had a very disappointing experience with this dispensary on 4/20. I made a big order online to get a good deal, came it to get it about an hour later and none of it was packed up or ready. I sat and waited while other customers came and went for at least 30 minutes, finally got through with my order and got home just to find out that I'm missing one pack of edibles that I purchased and one dab cart I purchased. I searched the bag and was given NO receipt, instead a small piece of blank receipt paper? I tried to call their number to get it resolved on two separate phones and can't even get it to ring once, instead it just immediately goes to call failed. I have no way to actually reach them again and resolve a situation I had not even 30 minutes ago. This has been incredibly disappointing and I wish I could get help on resolving it.

Consistently gets my online orders wrong which is borderline amazing since its in text in a very legible font. There are no receipts for online orders so you take whatever they decide to give you or cancel the order..
Some employees don't even check online orders so you may be waiting until a different one comes in that does.
Loved their prices and selection but I probably will never order from them again.

Tried again for their specials today, they had no record of it despite getting a confirm and a ready text, most everything good was gone.
