This shop has centered itself around profit and not for the people anymore. Their customer service has gone WAY down hill. It sucks to hear how their employees even agree with their point system, how ridiculous it is. Even if you come in with a complain, they don’t do anything to make the next purchase better. They’ll upsell you on product on brands you don’t like. This was my go to store, stopping in every 3 days but green pharm is my new go to.
Even their free goodie bags suckkkkk. I got boof product that didn’t even work, which was a disposable cart.
Shout out to Ryan (maybe Eddie? The guy with arm tattoos) and Steph tho, the only ones with knowledge. Erin 1/10 for customer help.
