Staff was friendly. But I think its only fair for Pure policy(no fault to employees) to tell you if they are out of a product before replacing it with their choice. I received 2 replacements without my knowledge. But I do love your moon. Rocks they rock! Lol

Raven was awesome . Happy and friendly and very knowledgeable. Was super happy to look for any items in back and made sure we left with smiles on our faces. The only disappointing thing is again we got there early when they opened and their advertised on line items are out of stock.for both yet there are literally 100s of other flavor...just take it down and avoid any negativity.like this thank Gosh for Raven cause it was the second time this happened to us and she kept us positive

Went There For My First Time Today & It Was Very Laid Back Place!!. They Got So Many Options Too For Really The Best Prices In New Buffalo. If Not They'll Price Match Which Is Pretty Cool. The Employees Are Very Fun, Sociable & Down To Earth Too. The Cashier I Had Was Named Alexia & She Made The Experience Seem More Thrilling. Also, Really Looked Out For Me👌🏼.

From start to finish, my experience with Emily at Pure Cannabis Outlet was amazing. She first helped me over the phone, answering every question I had with patience and knowledge. When I arrived at the dispensary, I didn’t realize she was the same person I spoke with but she continued to go above and beyond in person. She took my order, offered great product recommendations, and made sure I left happy and confident in my choices.
