Staff was friendly. But I think its only fair for Pure policy(no fault to employees) to tell you if they are out of a product before replacing it with their choice. I received 2 replacements without my knowledge. But I do love your moon. Rocks they rock! Lol

Diane was amazing! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I felt her good vibe/aura from across the room!💁🏻♀️✨️ Not to mention she helped me stay in budget and find exactly what I was looking for and more!🙏🏻✨️💚 I am super excited to try some new goodies that my phenomenal budtender put me on to!🥰🍃☺️💨 I will definitely be returning for the chill environment and very knowledgeable budtender! *shout out to my girl Diane!*🤩👏🏻👏🏻🙃 (i have awful social anxiety🙈 and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, not rushed and pushed out! So that was a great first experience at Pure☺️☺️) amazing customer service 💗 100/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
