Drew and the team in the dispensary are 2nd to none. By far the nicest team I've ever dealt with. In any pharmacy. Their care and dedication is unparalleled. The doctors are a seperate business. For which improvements can be made. But Drew and his team...*chefs kiss*

Had a tele appointment today with a female doctor. One hour late calling. I called the clinic at fortitude valley and they said she was about to call. 30mins later I received the call. No apology.
After 20 mins of questions just to get my script renewed she then tells me she can’t access my health files that my GP practice provided a week ago. I asked if I could try and get them sent. Answer…no I don’t have time. I hung up. The new management and doctors are a joke. In particular the female doctor. I’m not dealing with them again. Stay far away. It’s a mess of a company. The female doctor needs to get a few basic social skills in place.
