Giving 2 stars because I'm a loyal customer and u guys answer the 5stars. What about us loyal customers who have complained and nobody is listening. They make them loose and twisted to much on top and bending. I have a black maple with a futurola cone. This is about the 3rd or 4th time I said this. I also tried contacting them and nothing.

Incredible interior design, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. A bit crowded in the small parking zone but totally worth it to get inside and be handled by the wonderful staff. The cheery and helpful nature of Sage, the bud tender who helped me pick up my pre-roll order, made my experience one id happily do again. Plenty of people seek out these places to help alleviate pain and stress, and I'm so glad that they employ people like Sage who can make, what might be an intimidating experience, into a wonderful memory I can share with my friends about. Definitely coming back ♡

Subject: A Loyal Customer Deserves Better I have been coming to your business for years because I trusted the service, the people, and the product. This week that trust was broken. I purchased an ounce of ground flower and within ten minutes I knew something was wrong. The taste was disgusting, moldy, basement like, and not the quality I expected. Out of respect I did not ask for a refund. I asked for a simple exchange. Instead of care I was dismissed. The manager did not listen, did not try to understand, and finally hung up the phone on me. For a loyal customer who has supported your business for years that is not just disappointing, it is disrespectful. Policies matter, but great businesses know that protecting their reputation also means protecting their customers, the ones who come back time after time. It is easy to see when someone abuses returns. But when a regular customer raises a concern once in a blue moon the right response is not to hide behind policy. The right response is to use common sense and respect. That day I was given neither. Instead of leaving reassured I left frustrated, with a sour taste that went far beyond the product itself. I hope this message is taken to heart and not brushed aside. Customer service is never just about rules. It is about relationships. And right now mine with your business feels broken.

I don't usually leave reviews. I've always been extremely happy with the products and service I receive here. But the last two ounces I have purchased were disappointing due to the fact the trimming was not up to their normal standards. There was a bunch of leaves an a few stems which as I said is very uncommon. I hope the standards return.

Not enough options for lower price flower.It would be awesome to see $20-$15 3.5g sometimes I have to go to another dispensary out of town because of pricing and quantity,and believe me I’ve been multiple dispensaries in Massachusetts. I gave this dispensary 2⭐️s based off my experience ✌🏻✌🏻

Would give a better rating but not happy with the fact that I was unable to redeem my medical card renewal vouchers because I was ten days past the 30 days since my renewal. For vouchers that supposedly “don’t expire” or at least don’t expire until SIXTY days after renewal, I thought this 30-day activation rule was pretty sneaky and simply unfair. Every dispensary has different rules regarding medical vouchers, it’s impossible to keep them straight especially when you typically only have “60 days” at each dispensary to use your vouchers…nevermind 30 to activate them! Products are quite expensive and a large reason I renew my card yearly is for these beginning 60-day vouchers because they make my weed significantly more affordable for me, for a short time. Add Sanctuary to the list of medical dispensaries trying to take that away from us. It’s one of the only medical dispensaries close to my home as well; quite disappointed.

Good in a pinch but whenever there is any kind of line, it’s one of the many reasons I’m reminded why not to go to sanctuary. Never have I seen any sense of urgency from any of the people behind the counter even when the line is out the door. I really can’t begin to fathom why you’d want to not get people moving in and out a liiiiiiitle bit more efficiently. Secondly, the flower is simply miles behind any of the other dispos in the area. Every now and then they have a banger of a strain but it’s few and far in between.

Love this place. Great strains and loyalty program is also great. People are super friendly and helpful with any questions. Really worth it to get a medical card too. Highly recommend it.

It’s 2024 and cannabis has been legal for quite a while. How this place continually disappoints with basic service is beyond me. If you want to come to a place to wait in an unnecessary line for an uncanny amount of time, and walk away with an over priced, dried out, sub par product you absolutely should stop in. If you prefer a good experience and a good product, I cannot stress enough how many other options you have within spitting distance.
