Came in and was not greeted. Stood in the front and saw 3 workers talking to someone who I later found out was another new worker. Person in front of me in the line seemed to be associated with the company so he just kept running in and out of the store. Stood there for a few minutes waiting for my ID to be checked and still no acknowledgment from the employees even though I know that the workers see us waiting there, no we’ll be with you in a second, just all 4 talking amongst themselves even though I was literally standing a foot away from them behind the clear screen. I finally asked if it wasn’t a good time for us to be there as it looked like they weren’t helping anyone and asked if we should just sit down and wait and that is finally when we were acknowledged. 3 employees and 1 new one and yet no one could acknowledge/help us.
