I went in to explore some products and possibly purchase a disposable. Upon entering, I was greeted with a heavy teenager tone and immediately asked if I knew what I wanted. I said no, and that I wasn't really too familiar with these products. The girl at the counter didn't offer any suggestions, and I felt like I had to force an answer out of her to help guide me in my buying process.

Granted, she wasn't rude, but she wasn't helpful in any way. Would have been nice to have someone friendly behind the counter that was more helpful. Seem like she really wanted to get back to vaping and watching a movie instead.

Walked in to pick up a vape. I asked about a particular brand, & the gentleman said no dont buy one of those they aren’t any good. So i bought an escobar instead, walked out and immediately opened it outside and it was burnt. Walked right back in and told him and he was “all those are final sale, do you wanna buy another one.” Customer service 0/10.
