If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely useless in terms of an exchange policy. Bought a dry herb vaporizer here, took it home and ran one LEGALLY BOUGHT CBD flower, the same kind being sold in the store itself. Product didn't work, basically sold me a broken product. Refused to take it back because it had been used? How do you test a product without testing it??

This store is the best smoke shop & vape shop in Asheville. Their products and customer service are above all. Penny, Judy, and Mae are very helpful & friendly. Will definitely be back!
