Really nice staff, great inventory, gave a lot of discounts for us, made us feel welcomed! Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a smoke shop, definitely recommend!!

This place has some serious staff attitudes issues, I’ve been there couple times to grab charcoal on the go and every time regret stopping by.

The staff are Rude and ignorant, seems very high and drugged all times. Yesterday stopped by and there way a customer before me, the staff saw me waiting to be checked out didn’t even acknowledge me, then few minutes pass and the staff kept chatting with the customer ignoring me completely.
I asked the guy before me if it’s okay to have the staff ring me up and he was kind and didn’t bother, but the staff acted in a very bias manner and when handing him the money , he throw it back on me and said “I’m not selling you today”.

I asked him why and if he is okay not hallucinating, and his response was completely irrational saying I did throw the money first! Of course this is not true and he probably got agitated when I asked him to ring me up.

This situation totally was wrong and unwarranted, the staff should be fired on the spot, he was bias and kinda raciest towards Muslims and Arab, and this is not the first time to encounter such horrible behavior and customer experience, not surprisingly , this place hired incompetent individuals, lacking manners and decencies , and not capable of handling the job properly.
