The shop itself is fine. Nothing special, typical smoke shop but the lady working was absolutely horrendous! Terrible customer service and attitude to every customer in the store and then I saw her answer the phone twice (while helping customers) and twice it appeared she hung up on the caller mid conversation-it was probably the same caller both times. I hope she’s not the owner so you all have a glimmer of hope for success by getting rid of her and hiring somebody with a personality and a sense of common decency and common sense- both of which were clearly NOT common for her, and unfortunately Amazon isn’t selling personalities so she’s gonna remain miserable forever or until they do.

Prices feel on the high side— vape I was thinking about getting didn’t even come in a box for $22
