Went into the store to buy a hookah. The man running the run desk was extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. We were sold a hookah with missing pieces that are not sold separately in store. When I called to get further assistance on the missing piece, he said the piece should be “in the box it came in” but the hookah never came in a box to begin with. Man did not offer any alternatives to solve the problem or a refund. Never going back. Now we have a unusable hookah.
