Seriously all I care about and expect out of ANY business, is basic customer service.
Your business could be sub par in every way but if your customer.service is impressionable, i promise 5 stars, word of mouth refer3nces, and my undieing loyalty to be back for more. People always remember how you make them feel... right? That's a meme quote so you know it's serious..

I mean i dont want your chivalry i just want to hear some manners back.
Especially if im here to spend money and your here to make money.

And I would've spent a pretty penny here-after all the selection looked promising- but the stone faced teenage boy behind the counter who act3d like I had been there ever before and should have no questions- really made me sheepishly buy my bare minimum and hope for better luck next time... the next time i search out a smoke shop because You can pay for glass but you can't buy class!

Basically I won't be coming back.
