Very good customer service until she enforced the, "I need your I D to match up with the debit card IN SPITE OF HAVING THE PIN" policy. I have never ever heard of suck a thing in my life. I'm 35 and as far as I know, having the pin is a validation. I'm not sure if the owner thinks this is protecting him but to not be able to use my partners card and need to use a card that specifically matches the ID is just weird, inconvenient, and I'll probably skip it next time.

I asked what a stay at home spouse does when they use their working partners card and she said they can't shop here, borderline discriminatory and very frankly, only place I've had this happen

Stopped in from MA today and this might be the best vape shop I’ve been to! They were all super helpful and knowledgeable-absolutely no “stuck-up” attitude if you will that you can sometimes get at these places. Great vape and THC products! Reasonable prices as well! Highly recommend!

Update: After reading other reviews-it looks like Franky helped me. Give that young lady a hefty raise; her customer service is VERY few & far between in 2024! 5-star.
