All my real smokers… AVOID SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE. Was seeking A sturdy set of glass, a bong & rig, which they did NOT have! Owner seen I was unsatisfied & proceeded to peer pressure me on getting the 2 pieces of glass, even offered me buy one, get one half off & I did…. BUT

He sold me 2 BONGS, did not have NO RIGS but told me that I can use the bong he was trying to sell me as a Rig. He proceeded to replace the bowl & down stem from the bong with a nail for the rig. Fast forward to me testing it out.. The bong was not catching any smoke due to him giving me the incorrect nail after justifying that the piece would work after doing so, soon after the nail was stuck because there was no place to catch the wax build-up & capper was so cheap it cracked when I tried to cap my dab.
I called to find a solution to this problem, owner sounded like he wanted to help after talking to him on the phone. Saying he would fix it…
So I did not use the bong and took other defective piece to show. When I got there, he said there was nothing he can do but give me the same exact piece that was not working. I did want not another defective piece, so when I suggested giving him the new piece & bong he sold me back for store credit or my money back. He got very unhappy, flustered & proceeded to kick me out the store
