Initially left a negative review after I bought a faulty gpen here and was not hopeful about them fixing it as I didn't have a receipt, but one of the owners, Bob, is a super reasonable dude and gave me store credit to buy a replacement, recommended me a more reliable option, and even took the rest of the faulty pen out of the case to test them so it wouldn't happen to another customer. Whole process was very low hassle and it seems to me like Smokers R Us and it's owners are trustworthy and stand by their products more than the average head shop. Will definitely be coming by again. The prices are way too high for the quality of the product. I wanted to give it another try but yet again my product failed Lower your damn prices, you might get some more customers These prices are ridiculously high but why? You’re obviously not doing that well if you have a buy one, get two free sign outside your Business In my opinion, anybody That’s raised prices as high as they can go is not a good business Owner do better
