Let’s address the biggest issue. They don’t know their products except for Tana she’s probably the only one there that knows how to run a smoke shop. They have poor selection, inconstant supply, lack of experience and half of these employees don’t know what they are selling. No wonder this is a slow shop, they offer nothing but rudeness and waste of time. Sad thing is is that before Brandy these used to be really great stores, since she’s been there I’ve steady seen a decline in quality and customers. That’s just what I’ve seen

Derek was the absolute best! I came in to get a couple of vapes and he super friendly, funny and helpful. I even forgot something on the way out and he ran out to give it to me! 100% going back and I hope I run into him.

No matter when, or how much I have to spend. I find reasonable prices and good quality products. A 10/10 go-to.

Went to this shop on a whim during a heavy rain, and was greeted by the cheerful and knowledgeable Emily. Though she was engaged with other customers, she made time for the items I wanted and offered recommendations that I ended up buying... and later enjoying. Solid spot with decent prices, but the customer service is what stood out to me.
