Okay I love this little smoke shop for the most part. The entire staff at least the ones I've met are all super friendly , knowledgeable and down to earth. Plus they have the world's coolest refrigerator if you ever get a chance to stop by there just ask to see The fat Pat refrigerator. I had my first semi not so great experience with them last night when I ended up spending probably over $32 between a new bottle of juice and two new coils that were pretty much guaranteed to fit my pod and they did not fit. I give the guys credit they work their butts off trying to figure out why it wouldn't fit and we figured it out it's just the intentional design change by the manufacturer so you have to buy a different coil but it's basically the exact same part it says it's got these new plastic rails on them so it won't fit in a regular old version system. So this morning I tried dremeling off the rails to see if I can get it in there and I did get it in there, but there's still no way this project will ever work for that specific model vape. Anyway my gripe really isn't with this little shop just trying to make it. I'm pissed off at the major vape production companies I assume are behind this stupid rule about no refunds no returns no exchanges on vape products they can use that as a excuse for not spreading covet or something but basically I was screwed out of $30 last night and there is nothing they could be done about it. I mean these guys probably would have lost their jobs if they would have tried to help me out and just giving me a new pod that worked or giving me my money back or something. Something definitely needs to change with this stupid policy of no returns at vape shops

Amber and Devin were absolutely amazing, I’ve never wanted to hangout at a register and just talk like that before. The staff was so cool and seemed to know so much about their products I was kinda blown away. I told them what flavors I generally go for on vapes and they gave me some incredible recommendations, and when I left a product at the register after checking out and didn’t even realize they held it for me for a week and I was able to pick it up no problem. Some of the best people I’ve had the experience of dealing with. Incredible team with a great atmosphere.
