Visiting from out of town of course I see that new customers get 30% off their first purchase if they sign up on the app, I do so while in store and let the lady at checkout know. She says it’s no good and then offers me 10% instead okay better then nothing. Couple of days later we go back, we want 5 items but our budtender could only remember 1 item at a time… as he is checking us out my friend asks for a new client discount he says we can through sign up with him at 10% or through the app for 30% off I explained that the girl told me the day before it wasn’t valid/working he says “oh well it should have been” and then we say no problem let’s do the 10% off at the counter and says “It’s too late! Here’s your total” Terrible customer service and I am by far a patient person and not one to typically complain but that was some head turning dumbassness

We are in process of moving to Seattle area and have spent a lot of time in the area. I’ve tried different dispensaries, all pretty much the same. Great options but that’s where it ends. The Reef is not only beautifully designed, the staff are all so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had an amazing guy help me but don’t remember his name!! I highly recommend this dispensary!! Oh and download their free app! BEST part of this Dispensary for me, when I stood at the counter, I noticed The Reef give back program. They give back 5% to the program of your choice. I was absolutely floored and it brought tears to my eyes to see the Maui Relief - Disaster Recovery program! We currently living in Lahaina. This will now be my go-to Dispensary! Mahalo💜

I always am a frequent customer of the reef Kiki Meg Charles Cory and a host of other people who work for this place are very knowledgeable about products and helpful with anything always and I’m appreciative of that.I’m a known customer so I don’t mean it in a narcissistic or disrespectful manner when I divulge because I actually like the reef beyond small instances of perplexing situations however when I say letting any car obstruct a sidewalk that is for the city it’s for people of the city who are traveling through the city so if I’m wheelchair bound why do I have to go out of my way to use a different sidewalk then the one that leads me to down Denny way an is the one to get to the door of the reef it’s not just disrespectful to me it’s disrespectful to any person regardless of their in a wheelchair or mobility device this hasn’t just started it’s been going on since last year I don’t appreciate the lack of effort to let a customer coming into the business hey you can’t block this sidewalk people need to access it but I guess that’s ok it’s a big red flag for me because this place wants to be so fragile and politically correct about everything like literally everything so I would say in a logical way of speaking any business who has a sidewalk in front of it should have empathy enough for senior citizens utilizing walkers or canes or motorists that want to ride on scooters or even people with automatic mobility devices or your average person walking around. I alerted two staff who then told me verbatim it’s a city problem from management? So I would love to speak with someone about a number of things that would be better stated off of this review I would sincerely appreciate it the same way yall have inclusion and equality plastered on the doors and around the store as a part of the business cause everyone deserves representation regardless of color sexual orientation or religion which is true but I guess wheelchair users don’t deserve the same respect or privileges as a person who can just block a sidewalk and go into the store to buy weed it’s pathetic and nonexcusable

Really cool people who I talk to while I was there. They had a great selection of anything and everything you could ever ask for. They also are very knowledgeable about the products and are willing to help.
