I came to this place for the first time recently. Not really the greatest experience I’ve had but it’s on the smaller side for a vitamin shop location. There was only one staff member which offered no greeting or assistance. Still gets the job done but I think I will only come here if I can’t find another locations nearby. 2nd attempt was much better. 3 staff members present. Greeted us and asked if we needed help and made the experience in their store professional 👍🏻

I removed this review after speaking with the manager Diane pertaining to an incident I had in her store on 5/19/24. We called the store to ask if they had a specific product and we were told yes, that they had 2 in stock. So we drove an hour from out of town, because all the vitamin shoppes around us were out of it. I finally get there and the kid tells me he doesn’t have and was a computer error, I said you didn’t think to check the shelf while you had me on the phone and he says “No” it was an extremely aggravating experience after paying tolls and sitting in traffic, we essentially wasted a whole Sunday afternoon. The store manager Diane called me the next day and she was beyond nice, apologetic and extremely sincere. She promised to make it right with what I thought she was sending me a $20 gift card, when in reality they were two $10 off coupons when you spend over $50 in a vitamin shoppe. So now I gotta spend $50 to use them, when they were supposed to have been comps for wasting our whole Sunday afternoon to begin with. After talking it over with my wife , which we are both gold members and we spend a lot of money at these stores every month, we will be taking our business elsewhere anymore.

I bought Shaila Jit from this store and the website shows a container of 3 oz..for 53 dollars.. Great deal right?!! A month ago I bought a container from this store and it was half an ounce.. For 60 dollars.. They did not tell me the size difference.. I called Corporate after checking at another store Wednesday and the attendant tried to tell me the smaller container was stronger stuff.. funny.. I felt like I was on the street dealing a purchase.. So I called the store I bought that half an ounce from and the lady became a little indignant and told me to call corporate... They lie on the website and bring you into the store.. horrible!!! Do not buy at this store!!!

Great vitamin shoppe location! They always have some energy drinks on sale and do a great job at recommending new ones. The staff is friendly and helpful. I drive out of my way to go to this location and would highly recommend them

My friend recommended me this spot for a specific item loved it clean, great prices, organized, and excellent customer service Sam’s amazing 🤩 and on point with recommendations love it definitely going to be coming here more often.
