I come here often, sometimes just for an energy drink and a bottle of water. Other times to re up on whatever supplements I am using at the time. I came here to say I most definitely miss the previous staff, I used to be treated superb every single time I walked in the doors and that's what has kept me coming back. I'm well aware that all of their supplements are at list price and that is something that I can get anywhere. Now with new staff, I walk in, no friendly greeting and I alway encounter the same guy that looks extremely disappointed to see me. I'm not exactly sure why, but it's unpleasant enough that I will be shopping around for a new supplement location. I truly think people are losing a sense of what real customer service is and entails. Hopefully it's just a me situation and not everyone is treated this way, because it sucks. On a positive note, the store is definitely well maintained and clean so good job on that.

First time in this location. I can't remember the name of the employee but his number was 014888, guy was super helpful, took the time to hear what I needed and walk me through and answer any questions I had and point me in a really good direction. Very knowledgeable and had no issue with going out of his way to help me with some eating times and macro information. Also invited me back to the store to meet with his team on what they do as well. The best retail customer service I think I've probably ever had.
