I called and the owner became rude and said she would check instead of saying bring it back for an exchange, and hangup. I called her back and there was no answer. After a couple of minutes she called back and yelled, "give me minute to check; more rudeness. She then said all of the bottles were like that. I repeated that, that was called a broken seal. She could not see how this was a problem I too am a black veteran small business owner so supporting other community businesses are important. However, lately trying to support other black businesses is not working for me. This was my second bad experience this week.

Needless to say, I will not be a return customer. As the owner of Community Maintenance Handyman Service, a community service I have operated for 25 plus years in the Atlanta metro area I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I, in my years of business,
have never, had one unsatisfied customer.
