I would put 0 stars if I could…I arrived on my lunch time trying to grab a cartridge.
I ask the Ariel at the front desk for a hybrid Sativa 20$ cart. She points and says they are here while also not looking at me and focusing on something else(I have bad vision and could not see.) I also ask about pesticides she continues not giving eye contact reading something in her hand and says “IDK” with an attitude.

So I choose and as I’m walking out of the dispensary I look at the package and it is indica. I walk directly back In and ask to exchange it since indica makes me too sleepy to smoke.
She goes no we can not exchange it unless it is defective. Again with an attitude…

At this point I’m irritated not only did she not give her full attention to a customer but she also let me leave with exactly what I did not want.

This experience was by far the worst I have had at a dispensary.

To the owner of this establishment I hope you look into your employees and do some training on how to treat a customer and to tend to their needs.

Also as I came back in another older gentleman was asking her how to use a disposable.
She goes “just pop the cap off and hit it” with an attitude.
Ask me the older fella never used one and doesn’t know about it.
What are the odds he uses it till the battery runs and out and doesn’t know you can charge it??
