Bought a super cool vape which I loved. The contact came loose after a few weeks and now I can't use it. Went back to exchange and was denied. Only offered a discount to buy something else. There is a manufacturer warranty of a year. They could have exchanged it for a new replacement.
Really disappointed that they didn't work with me. They lost my business. Use caution if you buy anything from these guys!!!
