I walked into Top Hat expecting another Portland elitist pot shop, and I left feeling like a part of David's family! I've never felt so close to someone that was selling me things. They have discounts that make everything MORE than affordable, and you can tell that all of the staff really enjoy their jobs. If I wasn't able to find what I wanted in their vast inventory, David was able to suggest a different shop in the area where I might find it, which showed a true investment in my satisfaction- regardless of whether or not he profited. Thank you for a fun and informative shopping experience!

Top Hat is awesome! Laid back atmosphere with friendly folk who are ready to help you find what you need. If you are new to cannabis and not sure where to start, this place is great. You never feel like you're being rushed out the door. They always have a large selection of my favorite brand of cartridges (Farmer's Friend, if you were curious).

This is hands down the best dispensary in Milwaukie!!! I can’t even say how many times I’ve gone to dispensaries in the area and was so let down by there Dab selection. This place does NOT disappoint!! They have the best selection for diamonds and sugar wax! Noticed they are cheaper by far than other establishments near by selling same/similar products! The 3 pack of jolly’s diamonds for 99$ is killer deal! If you know. you know! Good atmosphere glad I found this hidden gem

Good service great selection, and ATM works most of the time. But if it doesn’t work, you can always go to KeyBank or the river roadhouse if it’s open.
