Takes 20-30 minutes in the lobby every time. Always understaffed yet they’re the largest cannabis company in the state. CEO must be making a big profit and not caring that much about the customer experience. Other dispensaries are like 5 minutes and you’re out the door with your product. Why is Trulieve so slow?

Great store!! I had a truck stick warranty replacement which I received, no questions asked!! The lifetime warranty is exactly what they advertise!! Whole staff was very friendly and helpful! The manager really made it super easy! Thanks again for the great service 😁😁

Trash! Had lots of points saved up, took a break from Trulieve. Only to come back and see they revamped their point system, completely wiping my earned points away. Why couldn’t the existing points simply roll over to the new discount system that was implemented? Instead wipe all my points away. Oh well, there’s a reason why I took a break from Truelieve anyway, their products are mediocre compared to The Flowery & Gold Flower! There is no reason left for me to shop at Trulieve again.

The Clearwater location is truly the go to out of anywhere in the area. It’s about compassionate care; and boy do they really show that. They genuinely want to help you, they truly want to provide assistance in how to help your life with Cannabis. It really is cool. big shouts out to Frank, Bryce, Chris, Devon, John, Crystal, Emily, Danielle and the rest of the crew. 💛💛💛
