À friendly knowledgeable staff greets you every time you go to this location. They always have tried to provide the products I use and clue me in on any specially priced products. Many times they are very busy but always courteous despite the growing customer base. I can't say enough about their attention to detail.

I need to update this post because I have seen positive changes at Trulieve Tyrone. There is very little wait time if any. Literally no more than 5-10 minutes the most. Thank you for listening and making changes. I'm changing my previous rating from 1 ⭐ to 5 ⭐. Keep doing what you are doing. I'm not sure what's going on but it appears that this location is severely under staffed. To wait any where from 4-24 hours for your online order to be processed is crazy when ALL other dispensaries are less than an hour. When I went to this location last week there was "1" person in the back. Wait time once they have processed your order can be 45 minutes or more. And please don't say it's "the big sale"....you always have great sales so you know it will be busy. I've been going here since it opened and before that I went to the 4th st location. I hope management reads these reviews and makes some changes. Thank you for listening.

Do not ever assume what you ordered and paid for is in your bag. The hassle of trying to get what I paid for and was not given involved 4 days of incessant phone calls to trulieve. Plus TWO trips to the store to retrieve the missing item. I was originally told when I called that it would be no problem just come in. When I came in they said I'd have to pay as they need to review the cameras and that would take 48 hours. Mind you I've never once claimed an item was missing before not to mention spent thousands of dollars here the past two years. No one wanted to help and I got major attitude from the manager who was present. I felt very uncomfortable with being ripped off and God forbid I ask to be given what I paid for. How dare I???? After spending thousands of dollars at this store over the last two years, to be treated so poorly is completely unacceptable. I was very intimidated by the all male staff and will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this company. Medical Marijuana is too reduce my stress; dealing with Trulieve increased it. SHAME ON YOU-- you know who you are! Buyer Beware!!!!!

This is by far my favorite location. Most of the time, there are only a couple of people in there when I go. It's very rare for there to be a super long wait. I remember the days of waiting 20-40+ minutes, but this location doesn't seem to have that issue. I typically only see a wait around holidays. The employees are great! Shout out to Mikey and Ian! 😎😎 the vibe is just really chill and friendly. Thanks for all your hard work, guys!!

New patient as of April 2024, and Trulieve was my first dispensary. I heard a lot of rumors about long wait times and bad service, but my experience has always been pleasant shopping here. My average wait time is maybe 5, 10 minutes at the most. The employees there also have always been patient and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere seems rather professional yet warm and welcoming, and the lobby always seems to be clean. Barring the occasional weird glitch and/or issue with the website and ordering, my experiences are overall pretty positive at this location.
