À friendly knowledgeable staff greets you every time you go to this location. They always have tried to provide the products I use and clue me in on any specially priced products. Many times they are very busy but always courteous despite the growing customer base. I can't say enough about their attention to detail.

I need to update this post because I have seen positive changes at Trulieve Tyrone.
There is very little wait time if any. Literally no more than 5-10 minutes the most. Thank you for listening and making changes.
I'm changing my previous rating from 1 ⭐ to 5 ⭐. Keep doing what you are doing.

I'm not sure what's going on but it appears that this location is severely under staffed. To wait any where from 4-24 hours for your online order to be processed is crazy when ALL other dispensaries are less than an hour.
When I went to this location last week there was "1" person in the back.
Wait time once they have processed your order can be 45 minutes or more.
And please don't say it's "the big sale"....you always have great sales so you know it will be busy.
I've been going here since it opened and before that I went to the 4th st location.
I hope management reads these reviews and makes some changes. Thank you for listening.
