I reported the issue & they gladly sent a replacement & an additional battery just for the sake of keeping a new customer SATISFIED! Got a 5 pack of mystery vapes about a month ago. Well, they hit for about 15 hits and then you have to let them sit for a few hours because the oil is way too thick to flow down. The mouthpiece is way too large and ends up with all sorts of gunk and pocket lint inside it and it’s just gross. I reached out to the company to tell them about how my vapes were not working amazingly and they responded quickly saying they would ship out new vapes. Well a month later here we are and I’ve still not seen the vapes. Aside from all that, the vapes DO hit fairly hard and for $5 a gram, there’s not much better options out there. All in all, will not be buying here again and I recommend you do the same unless you really lack any other option.
