Overall great and knowledgeable staff, who always try to look out for the customer's best interest. They enjoy what they do, and they're good at it. But most of all, they don't jerk around the customer.
When you go in looking for something, they don't try to upsell you. They always do their best to shoot for your personal needs and wants, which can be difficult in a market totally governed by personal preference. Every time I go in, I genuinely feel that - when a staff member asks, "What can I do for you?" or "How can I help you, today?" - I am going to be looked out for.
