Place is temporarily closed due to moving. This shop is (unfortunately) my go-to because it’s very close to me but I would go elsewhere if it was an option. There is one manager that is always very rude and he treats us like we are annoying to deal with even though we always tip, we are polite, and we are regulars. The customer service can be pretty hit or miss but there are some employees that actually do care to give good customer service and I appreciate that as a retail worker and manager myself. The prices here on product are a bit better (few dollars cheaper) than commencement bay but their selection and availability is seriously lacking. The glassware prices are outrageous, don’t bother buying any glass from them. Hope they improve as a whole with moving locations.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I have been in there a hand full of times and the tall man (i think hes a supervisor?) is always rude and has an attitude. I was helped by a blonde girl and a girl with hat one time, and they were nice, but there is absolutely no product here ever. The girls had good alternatives but not what i was looking for. This place seriously is not welcoming at all and I'm surprised they are even still open when they literally have nothing. It may be close, but I'd rather drive to mary mart or house of cannabis at this point.

Artizen and Blue Roots.good weed. Customer service so so. I never receive the same positive vibes that I come in with from the white lady with glasses. Sad. I thought I was supposed to receive good energy from the workers. I guess they get to pick and choose who they feel like being nice to. I like the location too but probably will stick with zips. Made an order on the website because they had a specific item I wanted in stock, drove 20 miles only to be told the item is not in stock and i should just get something else, in a business that is highly regulated and tracked you should be able to keep a proper inventory this is wildy unacceptable and I will never do business with this company ever again

I highly recommend this shop! They have the best selection and a best prices around! Not to mention, customer service that can't be beat! Ask for Crystal!
