Place is temporarily closed due to moving. This shop is (unfortunately) my go-to because it’s very close to me but I would go elsewhere if it was an option. There is one manager that is always very rude and he treats us like we are annoying to deal with even though we always tip, we are polite, and we are regulars. The customer service can be pretty hit or miss but there are some employees that actually do care to give good customer service and I appreciate that as a retail worker and manager myself. The prices here on product are a bit better (few dollars cheaper) than commencement bay but their selection and availability is seriously lacking. The glassware prices are outrageous, don’t bother buying any glass from them. Hope they improve as a whole with moving locations.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I have been in there a hand full of times and the tall man (i think hes a supervisor?) is always rude and has an attitude. I was helped by a blonde girl and a girl with hat one time, and they were nice, but there is absolutely no product here ever. The girls had good alternatives but not what i was looking for. This place seriously is not welcoming at all and I'm surprised they are even still open when they literally have nothing. It may be close, but I'd rather drive to mary mart or house of cannabis at this point.
