Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a staff member with a noticeable attitude. Despite my attempt to make a purchase, he refused to assist me. I understand that working on Sundays may not be ideal, but as a customer, I expect a certain level of service. Unfortunately, the staff member prioritized a personal phone call over attending to my needs, leading me to take my business elsewhere. As a frequent customer, I was disappointed to be treated with disrespect and will consider alternative options in the future.
