Customer for over a year. Had faulty vape, no exchange. Tried to tell them and they told me I have “vapers tongue” and proceeded to laugh right in my face. The guy with long hair and beard looks “sleepy” every single time, smoking his pens, mumbling words. What’s the point of being a loyal customer? To be treated this way? 👎🏼

Usually one to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the Asian guy was working when I went recently. I understand having a bad day, but as a General Manager myself. I don’t let my bad days show at work. The guy is unprofessional. I asked for information on a product and he said he doesn’t know about it since he doesn’t use it. I didn’t ask if you use it. I wanted information on the product that was being sold. Which you should be able to provide since you know, you work there. He was instead focused on watching videos on his phone. Which is pretty much all he did while I was there. If you hate your job, quit. If you don’t have knowledge on a product. Do research on the product. Don’t come off as annoyed or judgmental towards your customers though. Not sure I’ll honestly ever return to this location after this experience.
