They don’t even deserve one star. I purchased this item from them today and it had roaches in it! When I went back to the store, the owner offered me to exchange the product. When I looked at the other products they had they ALL had roaches in them. When I told the owner I could not believe he would sell this to his customers,he said that if no one complains about it there just wasn’t anything he could do because he buys them wholesale. I have been buying products from this shop for a year now and have never had a bad experience until TODAY. I will not be returning and recommend you go to a shop that had reliable CLEAN products. Not products with bugs in them.

I visit this smoke shop often and the lady who is always there (I think her name is Jocylne) is ALWAYS a huge help! She has such a positive attitude and is always smiling and ready to assist with any questions I have. I have been to other smoke shops and the services is nothing compared to what this young lady is. If she ever leaves, I would not shop there anymore. She is a joy to be around! I know it’s just a smoke shop but she is a prime example of what customer service should be. You just don’t get service like this anymore!

I have recently started going here and I absolutely love it. Customer Service is on point. Every time I go in, the lady Jocylyne helps me and I swear she meets no stranger. She makes any question you may have comfortable and is always making me laugh. Makes you feel like you known her your whole life and makes sure I get what I need no questions asked. Definitely my new favorite smoke shop and will be my new go to.

The employees of this shop are more than amazing! Especially Jocylyne Smith. The conversation when you walk in the door from the get go feels like you’ve been friends with them your whole entire life! The ambiance, the environment, the customer service, the product knowledge, etc. are all phenomenal and for lack of better words are far-few-and in between hard to come by. It is a small store with a big impact on the Alvin neighborhood and community. They welcome everybody, treat everyone the same and I HIGHLY respect the customer service. Thanks, Jocylyne. You really made my experience here memorable!

Bought some gummies that were very old and stale. Leaving a nasty film over your teeth. Tried to return and they do not do exchanges or returns. Not willing to help. When you are buying products and spending high dollar you expect high quality. I’ve been to many shops that if they are not fresh they return. Do not recommend this place.
