They don’t even deserve one star. I purchased this item from them today and it had roaches in it! When I went back to the store, the owner offered me to exchange the product. When I looked at the other products they had they ALL had roaches in them. When I told the owner I could not believe he would sell this to his customers,he said that if no one complains about it there just wasn’t anything he could do because he buys them wholesale. I have been buying products from this shop for a year now and have never had a bad experience until TODAY. I will not be returning and recommend you go to a shop that had reliable CLEAN products. Not products with bugs in them.

I visit this smoke shop often and the lady who is always there (I think her name is Jocylne) is ALWAYS a huge help! She has such a positive attitude and is always smiling and ready to assist with any questions I have. I have been to other smoke shops and the services is nothing compared to what this young lady is. If she ever leaves, I would not shop there anymore. She is a joy to be around! I know it’s just a smoke shop but she is a prime example of what customer service should be. You just don’t get service like this anymore!
